Use of Information
When you request information from Clue and/or supply information through the Sites that personally identifies you and/or allows us to contact you, you are agreeing to share such information, including your name, e-mail address, company, reason for contacting Clue, and any message you submit, with Clue, its agents, representatives and affiliates, and you should know that Clue may disclose such information to its agents, representatives and affiliates for marketing and promotional purposes. Clue may aggregate personally identifiable information and may disclose such information in aggregate for marketing and promotional purposes. However, in these situations, we do not disclose any information that could be used to personally identify you.

If you elect to submit an employment application to us online through our Site, all of the information you submit becomes the property of Clue and may be used for any and all purposes ordinarily associated with processing an employment application, as well as for marketing and promotional purposes.

Our Sites may contain links to other websites whose information and privacy practices are different than ours. If you choose to use these links, you will leave our Sites, and will then be subject to the privacy and information practices of those websites. We do not control and are not responsible for any of their content or their privacy policies, if any. Application of United States Laws
Our Sites are based on computers located in the United States. Your Personally Identifiable Information will be used and stored in the United States, where data protection and privacy regulations may differ from the level of protection as in other parts of the world.

California "Do Not Track" Disclosures
We do not track your on-line activity across other websites, nor do we knowingly permit any third-parties to conduct online tracking of you while you are visiting our Sites. Consequently, we do not respond to your browser's Do Not Track signal.
Privacy of Children
We are committed to complying with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Our Sites are not directed to children, and we do not intentionally and/or knowingly collect Personally Identifiable Information from children.
